For us at MartinCFS, one of those moments is happening right now as we are working on our largest project to date, supporting the renovation of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.
This project represents an exciting step forward for our team and showcases the range of services and capabilities we bring to large-scale commercial projects.
Preparing the Hotel for Renovation
As part of the renovation process, our team has been tasked with carefully preparing the hotel’s guest rooms so construction and upgrades can begin.
This work involves:
- Removing all furniture from guest rooms
- Taking down and safely handling wall décor and hanging items
- Organizing and transporting furniture to secure storage
- Storing items throughout the renovation period
Once renovations are complete, our team will return the stored items to the hotel and professionally reinstall them throughout the guest rooms.
This type of project requires coordination, organization, and strong communication with other teams and trades working on the renovation.
A Large Operation with a Dedicated Team
Projects of this size demand planning, manpower, and the right equipment.
For this renovation, we are utilizing:
- Up to ten team members working on-site each day.
- Our tractor trailer for large-scale transportation
- Our box truck for additional support
- A wide range of specialized moving and installation equipment
The work will take place over several months, allowing the renovation team to move through the hotel in phases while our crew carefully manages the furniture removal, storage, and reinstallation process.
